Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or digital downloads may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@nexgenpvtltd.com.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nexgenpvtltd.com.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to your business address: NEXGEN ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. (NexTorq)

Unit 1 #40 and 41, Silicon City Layout, Giddanahalli Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore - 562107. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
