NexTorq is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages
NexTorq is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for claim purposes.
